The TPA Construction Story

Established in 2017, TPA Contracting, LLC has grown to now provide both Commercial and Residential construction services.

TPA has completed full-scale commercial renovations, as well as tenant build-outs of many restaurants and office rental spaces. This experience includes the remodeling and build-out of retail store space.

Our residential experience includes the construction of new homes and the restoration of older existing homes.

We are Licensed and Insured.

TPA Construction was established by its Owner and President, Tom Gooby. Tom's experience spans over forty years in the Construction Industry. This experience includes the construction of medical facilities, high-rise condominiums, communication cabling installations for both inside and outside plant operations. Additionally, pre-cast concrete parking decks, and glulam beam, and timber structures are included.

TPA Contracting provides competent and skilled service for every project we undertake.

Our clients can be assured that we will deliver their projects on time and at or under the construction budget.

We stress job site safety at all times. Strict adherence to all OSHA rules and regulations is our policy.

We will be with you every step of the way.

Starting at the pre-construction and planning stage, we can provide assistance in developing plans and specifications by working with our two associates, Columbia Engineering, Inc. and Maxdesign Group Architects. We will then assist as needed to proceed to permitting and into the construction phase through the final inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
